摘　　要：通过现场调查对5CrNiMo钢锤锻模失效原因分析，改进其锻造工艺与热处理方法，提高模具强韧性，锻模使用寿命提高2～3倍。According to analysis on failure cause of 5CrNiMo hammerforging die, after improving its forging process and heat treatment methods,strength and toughness of mould increases, and the service life of the forging die increased by 2-3 times.
