摘　　要：实证调研发现,当前农地流转已成城镇化发展的重点内容。以互换、转包、股份合作等为主要形式流转土地承包经营权,有力的促进了农地规模经营。但也存在一些问题,因而从巩固政策、健全机构、完善机制、规范行为等层面推动农地流转是理性的选择。Empirical research found that the current rural land flow has become the focus of the contents of the development of urbanization.Subcontracting,stock exchange,in cooperation so as to form land contracted that firm for rural land scale operation.But there is also some problems,and it is a reasonable choice to from consolidated and sound policies and improve the mechanism,standardized activities to promote rural land level
