摘　　要：本文从两个方面对我国劳动力价格的扭曲程度进行了分析,一方面对已有的研究结果进行了归纳整理,展示了我国劳动力价格自改革开放以来的演变趋势和扭曲程度,另一方面,从不同行业的角度,以电力蒸汽热水生产供应业和批发零售贸易住宿餐饮业为代表,测算了垄断行业和非垄断行业劳动力价格扭曲的程度,展示了不同行业劳动力价格负向扭曲和正向扭曲同时存在的现状及扭曲的程度。最后,在此基础上分析了我国劳动力价格扭曲产生的原因,并提出了促使我国劳动力价格趋于平衡的对策。This paper analysed of the distortion of price in china＇s labor from two aspects.On the one hand,some reasearch have been inducted and evolution trend and distortion of labor price have been proposed since the reform..The other hand,from different industries,using Production and Supply of Electric Power,Steam and Hot water and Wholesale and Retail Sale Trade and Catering Services to estimated the distortion of labor＇s price in monopoly industries and non-monopolized industries and proposed that there are both positive and negative distortion of labor＇s price in different industries.At last,analyze the cause and propos strategies for balancing the price of labor under these circumstances.
