济南市建筑物耗热量指标及热网热损失分析

摘　　要：通过对某供热区域内不同年代建筑物及热网运行参数的实际测试,计算得出建筑物耗热量指标及热网热损失率、漏水热损失率、保温结构热损失率。不同年代的建筑物耗热量指标差别较大,供热管道保温结构热损失率较大。Through the practical test of buildings built in different years and operation parameters of heat-supply network in a heating area, the heat consumption indexes of buildings, heat loss rate of heat-supply network, heat loss rate due to water leakage and heat loss rate of insulation construction are obtained by calculation. The heat consumption indexes of buildings built in different years vary greatly, and the heat loss rate of insulation construction for heating pipeline is larger.
