摘 要:设计了可双向传递能量的单相PWM整流器装置,用于高效节能的电池化成系统,可解决目前电池化成过程中大量能源浪费问题。装置基于Freescale DSP控制芯片,采用单周期控制方法及数字PI算法,按照所提出的一种稳定直流母线电压为目标的控制策略可实现能量在电网与母线之间的双向传递;详细描述了单周期控制下PWM整流器的工作情况和特点以及死区时间的影响,分析了低母线电压下运行可能出现的占空比饱和等问题并给出了解决方案。3 kW单相双向PWM整流器样机在实际电池化成系统中工作良好,验证了整套设计方案的可行性。In order to reduce the energy waste during battery formation process,a single-phase bi-directional PWM rectifier device was designed for a novel high-efficiency and energy-saving formation system.The device was based on Freescale56F803 DSP control chip and adopted single-cycle control and digital PI algorithm.A stable DC bus voltage control strategy was proposed to achieve bi-directional transmission of energy between the grid and the bus.The single-cycle PWM rectifier under the control of the work and characteristics of dead time was described in detail,the duty saturation occurred when PWM was operated under low bus voltage was analyzed,and the relevant solution was proposed.A 3 kW single-phase bi-directional PWM prototype works well in the battery formation system,and verifies the feasibility of the design process.
