摘　　要：作为节约资源和环境保护的有效途径之一,工业共生网络内部企业间的行为对其稳定运行有着重要影响。文章通过对工业共生网络中的投机行为和风险的分析,提出了工业共生网络战略联盟,并构建了基于动态合作博弈的联盟收益分配模型,该模型探讨了利润分配比例确定和不确定下联盟内企业的行为。以此为基础,该文认为在实际构建工业共生网络战略联盟中应从激励和惩罚机制、政府协调和管理机制和联盟的社会责任机制等方面入手维护工业共生网络的稳定。Being as the one of effective ways of saving resources and environmental protection, behaviors of enterprises in industrial symbiosis network （ISN） play an important role of maintaining stable operation. This paper establishes the strategic alliance of industrial symbiosis network and sets up the alliance distribution model based on dynamic eooperative games. The model explores the behavior, which the enterprises are under the circumstances of definite and indefinite proportion of profits distribution. Based on former researching, the paper draws conclusions that in fact, some measures should be proposed in order to maintain the stability of ISN, such as the mechanism of incentives and penalties, coordination, management, and alliance social responsibility.
