儿童低锌血症临床分析

摘　　要：为探讨低血锌儿童的临床表现,对长沙市中心医院儿科2010年1—11月就诊的46例低血锌儿童进行症状分类统计。结果表明,在被统计的低锌血症儿童中,表现为食欲减退,消化功能障碍者24例(52.2%),表现为生长发育迟缓者12例(26.7%),表现为免疫能力降低者6例(13%),表现为脑功能障碍者4例(8.7%)。提示低血锌可导致儿童多器官功能损害,影响儿童的生长发育。To explore the clinical symptoms of children with zinc deficiency,46 cases of zinc deficiency were analyzed from 2010 January to November in Changsha Central Hospital.The result showed that in the 46 cases of zinc deficiency,24 cases had anorexia and digestive functional disturbance（52.2%）,12 cases displayed growth stunt（26.7%）,6 cases expressed low immune function（13%）,4 cases showed brain dysfunction（8.7%）.It concludes zinc deficiency can cause damage to children＇s digestive function,affect children＇s growth and development.
