长期被动吸烟对大鼠肺血流动力学和肺血管反应性的影响

摘　　要：本实验研究长期被动吸烟对SD大鼠肺血流动力学和肺血管反应性的影响。30只雄性大鼠分为对照组和吸烟组,吸烟组大鼠被动吸烟1月。结果表明:较长时间吸烟的大鼠与对照组相比,心率减慢(分别为326±10次/min、379±10次/min),心输出量较大(分别为37.5±1.3ml/min、35.5±2.1ml/min),右室收缩压较高(分别为1.93±0.08kPa、1.62±0.04kPa),肺血管对缺氧的反应性降低(急性缺氧5min时肺血管阻力增加率分别为27％、40％)。The effect of chronic passive cigarette smoking on pulmonary hemo-dynamics and vasoreactivity was studied in SD rats.15 male rats were exposed to smoke of successively burning cigarettes 30 min daily for one month.The results show that in long-term passive smoking group the heart rate slowed down (326±10 beat/min,the control group 379±10 beat/min),the cardiac output decreased (37.5±1.3 ml/min,the control group 35.5±2.1 ml/min),while the systolic pressure of the right ventricle augmented (1.93±0.08 kPa,the control group 1.62±0.04kPa).The increase percentage of pulmonary vasoresistance in the fifth minute of acute hypoxia decreased to 27% (the control group 40%),indicating that the pulmonary vasoreactivity was blunted in chronic passive smoking rats.
