摘  要:城市生活垃圾制备衍生燃料(RDF)是一种能够有效地解决我国城市垃圾问题的途径之一.采用热重-微商热重法(TG-DTG)分析了城市垃圾衍生燃料热分解特性,实验发现RDF分别在空气和氮气条件下热分解失重曲线,都有两个明显的失重段,在低温段两种条件下的失重状况基本一致,表明分解是主要由纤维素、半纤维素类物质挥发分分解的结果.对RDF试样热分解产生的气体进行气相色谱分析,发现气态有机产物在200℃左右开始产生,随温度升高而增加,且在300℃时达到最大.同时,通过对气相热分解产物进行红外光谱分析,发现RDF中的氯元素在低温段即可大部分以HCl形式释放出.Refuse derived fuel(RDF) from municipal solid wastes is one of effective ways to solve the problem of municipal solid wastes in China.The characteristics of thermal decomposition of RDF with Thermal Gravity Analyzer(TGA)were experimentally investigated.It was found that there are two periods of obvious weight losses in the thermal decomposition curves of RDF both in air and nitrogen atmosphere.The first peak of initial weight loss appeared at low temperature.It shows that the decomposition is mainly due to the discharge of volatile matter such as cellulose and hemi-cellulose substances at low temperature.Gaseous products of thermal decomposition were analyzed by gas-chromatography(GC).It was found that organic gaseous compounds began to produce at about 200 ℃,and increased with the rising of temperature to a peak value at 300 ℃.On the other hand,It was found that most of chlorine in RDF could be released in the form of HCl at low-temperature,which was confirmed by analyzing the gas-phase thermal decomposition products with infrared spectroscopy.
