规范化三期康复干预治疗中风病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨规范化三期康复治疗对中风病患者临床神经功能、认知能力及生存质量等方面的影响。方法:选择符合纳入标准的中风病患者80例,随机分为两组各40例。常规康复组予常规康复方案治疗,规范化康复组予规范化三期康复治疗方案治疗,两组分别在治疗前,治疗后第1个月、第3个月、第6个月时进行神经功能缺损评分、日常生活活动能力评分、牛津残障功能评分、汉语失语检查、汉密顿抑郁量表测定、Wechsler成人智力量表手册测定和生存质量评定。比较两组的康复效果。结果:两组康复治疗第1个月、第3个月、第6个月的上述各项评分均较治疗前有所改善(P<0.05);其中规范化康复组的各项评分改善程度均较普通康复组明显(P<0.05)。结论:规范化三期治疗中风病能有效降低中风病致残率,提高患者的生存质量。Objective： To investigate the influence of standardized three stages rehabilitation on clinical nerve function,cognitive ability and other aspects of life quality of stroke patients.Methods：80 Stroke patients met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups with 40 cases in each groups.Routine rehabilitation group was accepted the conventional rehabilitation while the standardized rehabilitation group was accepted the standardized three stages rehabilitation.The neurological deficit score,daily living activity score,Oxford disability score,Chinese aphasia examination,determination of the Hamilton Depression Rating Scale,Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale manual measurement and life quality assessment were respectively record before the treatment and after in first month,third month and sixth month of each group.And the rehabilitation effects of two groups were compared.Results：All rehabilitation scores in the first month,third month and sixth month are improved compare with before of treatment （P0.05）;the improvement of rehabilitation scores in standardized rehabilitation group was significantly high than the routine rehabilitation group （P0.05）.Conclusion：Standardized three stages rehabilitation treatment of stroke can reduce disability ratio and improve patient＇s life quality.
