摘  要:常规激振手段难以用于中大型数控机床的结构振动测试。根据该类机床的特点,提出一种由机床运动产生激振力的结构振动试验方法。针对运动激振力不可测的问题,利用机床结构上的振动响应研究激振力作用效果。通过测试不同参数作用下的振动响应,确定影响激振效果的主要因素。激振出的峰值频率与实验模态分析结果的对比进一步验证了所提出方法的有效性。该方法无需外加激振设备,适合于数控机床,尤其是大型、重型数控机床的现场测试分析。Conventional method is difficult to excite the structural vibration of medium and large NC machine tools.A novel vibration excitation method of using machine tools movement was presented.As the exciting force could not be measured directly,the exciting effect was investigated by testing the vibration response about machine tool structure.The dominant factors of exciting effect were analyzed by comparing vibration response under different parameters.The proposed method was validated by comparison of the testing frequencies and those of experiment modal analysis.As it does not need additional vibration-exciting equipment,this method is suitable for field testing and analysis of machine tools,especially for heavy-duty machine tools.
