摘　　要：本文主要介绍了一种合成单对甲苯磺酰基-3-羟基-1,5,8-三氮杂环癸烷的简单方法,产物的结构通过质谱和13C NMR技术得到确定。采用MTT法检测,初步测试了该化合物的抗肿瘤活性。结果表明该化合物对A549肺癌细胞生长的具有明显的抑制作用,而在测定的浓度范围内对Hela乳腺癌细胞生长没有抑制作用。A convenient and efficient synthesis of 1-（toluene-4-sulfonyl）-[1,5,8]triazecan-3-ol was described.Its structure was established by mass spectrum and 13C NMR technique.The antitumor activities of this compound were measured against tumor cell lines using MTT assay.The compound displayed strong cytotoxic properties to A549,but no activity to Hela cell even if the concentration of this compound was up to 1×10-3 mol/L.
