呋塞米雾化吸入治疗急性重症支气管哮喘的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨呋塞米雾化吸入治疗急性重症支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:将本院收治的46例急性重症支气管哮喘患者随机分为对照组24例和治疗组22例,两组患者均采取常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上呋塞米雾化吸入治疗。结果:两组患者治疗前后的肺功能变化情况差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后肺功能及总有效率比较,治疗组均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呋塞米雾化吸入治疗急性重症支气管哮喘安全有效,方便,经济,适合在临床推广应用。Objective：To investigate the efficacy of atomization inhaled furosemide in the treatment of acute severe asthma.Methods：46 patients with acute severe asthma in our hospital were randomly divided into control group 24 cases and treatment group 22 cases,each groups were given conventional treatment,the treatment group added atomization inhaled furosemide therapy based on the conventional treatment.Results：Two groups of patients before and after the treatment of lung function changes had a significant difference（P0.05）,the two groups after treating lung function and total effective rate were compared,the treatment group was higher than the control group,has statistics significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Atomization inhaled furosemide in the treatment of acute severe asthma is safe and effective,convenient,economical,suitable for clinical application.
