基于修正内外弧差影响的曲线梁抗扭偏心设置研究

摘  要:对空间单根曲线梁法的局限性进行修正,推导出由曲线梁内外弧差引起的扭矩分布荷载简易公式,并对曲线梁内外弧差影响与质量简化至形心轴处由"弯扭耦合"影响产生的2项扭矩进行对比分析,结果表明,忽略前者影响,曲线梁总扭矩计算会产生较大误差;基于中支承预偏心产生的调整扭矩与偏心值大小基本成线性关系。提出采用影响矩阵方法,以易于推算中支承预偏心设置的各组可能方案,并通过算例进行验证,同时考察不同中支承预偏心设置方案对曲线梁内力的影响。This paper corrects limitation of spatial single camber beam method,derives simplified formula for distributed loads of torsion caused by difference between internal and external arcs of camber beams,and analyzes two torques generated by influences of difference between internal and external arcs of camber beams and influences of "coupling of bend and torsion" when mass is simplified to centroidal axis.The results show that the calculation for total torque of camber beams will produce larger error regardless of influences of difference between internal and external arcs;and the adjusted torque generated based on central support and pre-eccentricity basically has linear relation with the amplitude of eccentric value.The paper proposes adoption of influence matrix method with convenience for calculating various possible plans for setup of central support and pre-eccentricity,and verifies the plans via calculation examples,in the meantime considers influences of different central supporting and pre-eccentric setup plans on internal force of camber beams.
