摘 要:棉花胚珠离体诱导纤维的发育 不但在基因型之间存在着很大的差异,而且 N H4 + 浓度明显影响离体纤 维的诱导率⒚在以 N O3 - 50 m m ol/ L 为氮源的基础上,添加低 浓度(5.0 m m ol/ L)的 N H4 + ,能提高纤维的诱导率,促进纤维的生长⒚在总氮量不变的条件下,提高 N H4 + / N O3 - 的比例,纤维的诱导率随之降低。The fiber inducing and development in vitro was affected not only by the genotypes of the explant used, but aslo by the NH 4 + concentration . There were obvious effects of the NH 4 + concentration on the fiber inducing percentage,which was increased dramatically when a lower concentration of NH 4 + ( 5.0 mmol/L) was added in the media with 50 mmol/L of NO 3 -, The fiber inducing percentage was decreased and the fiber development was inhibited as the ratio of NH 4 +/NO 3 - in the media was increased when the total nitrogen contents were constant.
