摘  要:研究了不同温度、光周期以及温光组 合条件对烟蚜茧蜂滞育诱 导的效果⒚结果表明, 僵蚜形成前,各种温度、光周期及温光组合条件均无显著的作用⒚僵蚜形成后,低温可大量诱导产生滞育, 0 ℃处理 30 d ,60% 以上个体进入滞育,而光周期的诱导作用仍不明显⒚作者认为低 温是引起烟蚜茧 蜂滞育的主要因素。Effects of temperature, photoperiod and their combination on the diapause induction of Aphidius gifuensis were studied. The temperature, photoperiod and their combination showed no marked effects on diapause induction before mummy aphid formation. When A. gifuensis was reared at low temperature i. e. 0 ℃ for 30 days after mummy aphid formation, the diapause rate reached 60% and was higher than that at other temperatures. In the case of the photoperiod, it still showed no significant effect on diapause induction. In light of the results, it was clear that low temperature was the key factor for diapause induction, the sensitive stage to low temperature was during the period from mature larva to prepupa, and the diapause stage was pupal stage.
