摘　　要：学术期刊刊载反映科学研究发现和技术创新成果的学术论文,随着出版业的全球化,中国学术期刊目前面临着巨大的竞争压力,采用集团化发展战略,引入现代化管理和规模化经营,可以提高审稿速度和效率,提高编辑效率和水平,降低出版成本,并通过网络化、电子化出版提高影响力,这样学术期刊才能立于不败之地。Academic journals are published for the founding of scientific research and achievements of technological innovation.With the globalization of the publishing industry,the Chinese academic journal is now facing tremendous competitive pressure,group development strategy can be introduced to solve the problems.Introduction of modern management and operations with scale can improve the reviewing speed and efficiency,improve the efficiency and level of editing,and reduce publishing costs.And impact of journal can be improved through the network.In this way,academic periodicals can be invincible.
