摘　　要：卫生政策是村级医疗顺畅开展的重要制度保障。在对H区村卫生室实地观察与深入访谈的基础上,结合其政策发展环境,尝试对村卫生室未来的可持续发展提供政策建议,建议政府应逐步将村卫生室纳入新农合定点医疗机构,在农村卫生资源配置上有清晰的政策定位,建立适当的人才引进机制,加强绩效考核制度的执行力。Health policy is important system security which makes village--level health services carry out successfully. Based on field observation and in--depth interviews of village clinic in District H, the paper tries to put forward the policy recommendation for village clinic＇s sustainable development in future combined with its current policy environment. The paper recommends that the government gradually incorporate village clinic into the Fixed-point Medical Institutions of New-type rural cooperative medical care and have a clear policy orientation on rural health resource allocation. The government should establish the appropriate system of introducing talents and strengthen executive force of performance assess- ment system.
