摘 要:目的观察枸杞叶(LBL)对自然衰老小鼠运动耐力和抗氧化作用的影响。方法 40只老年雄性自然衰老小鼠随机分为对照组和给LBL高、中、低剂量组(分别灌胃枸杞叶全汁10%、5%和2.5%),共4组,每组10只。各给药组每天灌胃0.2mL/10g,连续4周,对照组灌胃等量生理盐水。采用抗疲劳游泳试验进行运动耐力测试;用紫外分光光度计和试剂盒检测脑组织中单胺氧化酶(MAO)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-px)活力。结果 LBL各剂量组均可使小鼠力竭游泳时间增加,MAO降低,GSH-px增加(P<0.05)。结论枸杞叶具有增强老年小鼠运动耐力、提高机体抗氧化的作用。Objective To explore the anti-fatigue effect of Lycium Barbarum Leaf(LBL) inn ageing ICR mice.Methods 40 ageing ICR mice were randomly divided into the control group and three LBL groups by pouring in stomach with LBL 10%,5 % and 2.5% respectively.After being dealt with for 4 weeks,Animals swam with free swimming in water.The level of monoamine oxidase(MAO) and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-px) in blood of animals were monitored by MAO kit and GSH-px kit.Results Compared with control group,swimming times of the LBL groups increased by 2.8%,7% and 29.6% respectively(P0.05);MAO decreased by 60%,69.8% and 80.5%;GSH-px increased by 465.3%,563.8% and 635% respectively(P0.05).Conlusion LBL shows anti-oxidative and anti-fatigue properties in ageing ICR mice.
