摘  要:为了处理淀粉加工过程中产生的大量高浓度有机废水,采用可移动的新型生物处理器,即"厌氧-好氧一体式高浓度有机废水处理器"对淀粉废水进行处理。为了提高反应器的处理效率,将无机矿物变质岩作为好氧微生物生长的填料。对变质岩的表面结构进行了微生物挂膜前、挂膜后的SEM分析,并考察了不同反应室对COD的去除效果。结果表明,高浓度马铃薯淀粉废水在25~35℃,pH=5.0~8.0,水力停留时间为9 h时,经处理反应器的出水COD可降到120mg/L,COD总去除率达到95%以上,出水水质能达标排放。This paper intends to present an innovated method of anaerobic-aerobic biological treatment by using metamorphic rock packaging. As is known, potato-starch sewage has become an important water pollution source as a result of high concentrated organic sewage contamination in the west of China. To reduce such a kind of pollution, we have developed a device known as "anaerobic-aerobic integrative high concentration organic sewage baffled bioreactor" to treat the starch sewage. This new reactor consists of three anaerobic ponds, two depositions and one aerobic pond. Its working principle lies in that, in order to increase the efficiency of the anaerobic-aerobic integrative baffled bioreactor, we have found a kind of rock, called metamorphic rock, a kind of sandstone from nature, environment-friendly and very popular in the west of China, which can be used as a carrier of the aerobic pond to promote the growth of microorganisms. The analysis of the SEM image of the metamorphic rock at different stages during the film formation indicates that the surface structure of the rock was rough. However, since the particular surface area of the rock is large and the surface distribution is loose, which will enable its contact with the sewage to redistribute the flow to a large extent. Such a structure is favorable not only for protecting the microorganisms, but also for heightening the adsorbent and oxidization capability of the whole biofilm with regard to the organic matter in the sewage. Such a processing technique can be adopted to the following operational conditions: pH in 5.0-8.0 at 25-35 ℃, the effluent COD concentration was 761 mg/L. The total COD removing rate of the reactor can be increased to over 81.0%. However, with the increase of the hydraulic detention time (HRT), the effluent of COD would be decreased with the total COD removing rate gradually rising. The reactor effluent COD value decreased from 365.9 mg/L to 120 mg/L when the HRT extended from 6 hrs to 9 hrs. The total COD removing rate tended to
