摘 要:研究了花生壳改性及改性花生壳对溶液中Cu^(2+)的吸附特性及最佳吸附条件。结果表明,热水煮沸、乙醇加热回流可对花生壳有效脱色,脱色后对花生壳进行黄化处理使花生壳的表面及内部结构发生改变,有利于对Cu^(2+)的吸附。以Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度、pH值、时间、温度为影响因素,进行正交试验确定了改性花生壳对Cu^(2+)最佳吸附条件:Cu^(2+)初始质量浓度为20 μg/mL,pH=7,温度为25℃,时间为30min。Cu^(2+)的吸附效率可达98%,吸附量约为2.7 mg/g。This paper is aimed to study on peanut shell modification and adsorption characteristic of modified peanut shell on Cu^2+ in solution. It determines the optimal adsorption conditions about peanut shell on Cu^2+. Because the yellow pigment of the peanut shell disturbs the determination of the absorbance, it must be decolorized from peanut shell. It shows that hot water cooking and ethanol heating refluxing can remove pigment from peanut shell. After decolorizing, firstly peanut shell needs alkali pre-treating then alkali and carbon disulfide modified treatment. Through chemical treatment for modified peanut shell, the specific surface area and internal structure changes. Modified peanut shell has not only larger specific surface area but also loose and porous internal structure and brings plenty of xanthan acid groups, which benefit to adsorb on Cu^2+. Take Cu^2+ initial concentration, pH, time and temperature as the influencing factors. Set five different reaction levels. Analyze action principle of every factor respectively. It determines factors' influence degree of modified peanut shell absorbing on Cu^2+ through orthogonal experiment. In all the factors, the effect of Cu^2+ initial concentration is the biggest and the affecting degree of pH value, time and temperature three elements decrease successively. Analyzing data and verifying experiment define the optimal adsorption conditions: Cu^2+ initial concentration is 20 μg/mL; pH value is 7; Temperature is 25 ℃; Time is 30 min; Adsorption efficiency of the modified peanut shell on Cu^2+ is 98%. The adsorption is 2.7 mg/g.
