摘 要:采用原子荧光法对饮用水中的砷进行检测和形态分析,探讨了水浴时间、还原剂硫脲一抗坏血酸加入量、水样pH等对测量结果的影响。结果表明,水浴温度为50℃左右,加入1g硫脲和1g抗坏血酸,反应10min即可将100mL水样中10μg/L的As(V)还原为As(Ⅲ),还原率在95%以上;水样pH值在3.0~9.0,该方法均能有效屏蔽As(V),回收率为92.2%~99.6%,7次检测的相对标准偏差为2.4%。The detection and morphology analysis were conducted for arsenic in drinking water by atomic fluorescence spectroscope. The effects on detection by water bath time, dosage of reducing agent thiourea - ascorbic acid and pH were discussed . The results showed that 10 p,g/L As ( V ) in water sample was reduced to As ( Ⅲ ) under dosing 1 g thiourea and 1 g aseorbie acid with a reaction time of 10 rain when water bath temperature was at 50 ℃, and the reduction rate was more than 95%. This method could effectively shield As ( V ) at pH of 3.0 to 9.0. The recovery rate was 92.2% to 99.6% , which the relative standard deviation for seven detections was 2.4%.
