摘　　要：目的观察穴位埋线治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法将60例中风后便秘患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组30例,治疗组采取穴位埋线治疗;对照组取穴同治疗组,仅予以普通针刺。两组均于治疗前和治疗4星期后进行改良Rankin量表评分及临床便秘症候评分。结果两组治疗后改良Rankin量表评分及临床便秘症候评分均较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线疗法治疗中风后便秘疗效显著,可改善患者的生活质量。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of catgut embedding therapy in treating post-stroke constipation.Methods Sixty patients with post-stroke constipation were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30 in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupoint catgut embedding therapy,and the control group received acupuncture at the same acupoints.The Modified Rankin Scale（MRS） and constipation index were adopted in evaluation before the treatment and after 4-week treatment.Result Marked reduction in MRS score and constipation index was detected after treatment in both of the two groups（P0.01 or P0.05）,and the reduction in the treatment group was more significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding therapy has a significant effect in treating post-stroke constipation.
