热敏灸治疗遗尿疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察热敏灸治疗小儿遗尿临床疗效。方法小儿遗尿患者67例,随机分为热敏灸组和中药组,治疗10次,对比两组临床疗效。结果热敏灸组34例,痊愈26例,好转8例,无效0例;中药组33例,痊愈15例,好转18例,无效0例,热敏灸组治愈率明显高于中药组(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸治疗对小儿遗尿有较好疗效,患者无痛苦,接受度高。Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of heat sensitive moxibustion on enuresis.Methods Sixty-seven enuresis children were randomly allocated to heat sensitive moxibustion and Chinese herbal medicine groups.Treatment was given once daily,10 days as a course.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results Of the 34 patients of the heat sensitive moxibustion group,cure occurred in 26,improvement in 8 and ineffectiveness in none.Of the 33 patients of the Chinese herbal medicine group,cure occurred in 15,improvement in 18 and ineffectiveness in none.The cure rate was significantly higher in heat sensitive moxibustion group than in the Chinese herbal medicine group（P0.05）.Conclusions Heat sensitive moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect on infantile enuresis.It is painless and highly accepted by the patients.
