银针联合玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的随机对照研究

摘　　要：目的观察陆氏银质针联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 64例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为治疗组32例(陆氏银质针治疗联合膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠)、对照组32例(膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠)进行治疗,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.9%,对照组为84.4%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论陆氏银质针联合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Lu＇s acupuncture with silver needles plus intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate in treating knee osteoarthritis.Methods Sixty-four patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly allocated to a treatment group of 32 cases（Lu＇s acupuncture with silver needles plus intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate） and a control group of 32 cases（intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate）.The therapeutic effects were compared.Results The total efficacy rate was 96.9% in the treatment group and 84.4% in the control group;there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups The total efficacy rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Lu＇s acupuncture with silver needles plus intra-articular injections of sodium hyaluronate has a very marked therapeutic effect on knee osteoarthritis.
