摘 要:将萌发6周的垂序商陆幼苗分别放入含有50μmol·L^-1和100μmol·L^-1NiClz的1/2Hoagland营养液中处理0~4d,结果表明:幼苗在100μmol·L^-1NiCl2处理4d时叶片失水萎蔫,随着Ni处理浓度的增加和时间的延长,垂序商陆叶片光合速率、蒸腾速率和气孔导度均降低;H2O2含量、MDA含量和电解质渗漏量显著增加,SOD和POD活性快速增加,CAT活性迅速下降。Seedlings of 6-week-old Phytolacca americana, a manganese toleranet plant, were exposed to half strength Hoagland solution supplemented with 50 μmol · L ^-1 or 100 μmol ·L^-1 NiCl2 for 0-4 days. It was found that the photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in the seedlings decreased significantly, indicated that P. americana that can accumulate manganese did not tolerant to nickel. The content of MDA and electrolyte leakage increased with elevated Ni concentration and time of expo sure. The activities of SOD and POD increased strongly under Ni stress, whereas CAT activity declined rapidly with the increase of HeO2 content, suggesting that the decrease of CAT activity might be one of the responses in the mechanisms of Ni sensitivity in P. americana.
