摘  要:以陕西陇县八渡油松种子园的14个无性系为材料,提取基因组DNA,采用RAPD技术,分析无性系间的亲缘关系,结果表明:筛选出的8个引物共扩增出23个条带,其中具有多态性的条带14条,占总扩增条带数的60.8%。进一步采用UPGMA法进行亲缘关系及多样性分析,在遗传相似系数为0.71时,14个无性系聚为4类。14个无性系间亲缘关系较远,种子园具有较高的遗传多样性。Fourteen clones of Pinus tabulaeformis in Badu Seed Orchard of Longxian County, Shaanxi Province were used lo examine the sibship of the clones by RAPD technique. Twenty three bands were am plified with 8 selected primers, and only 14 bands which took 60.8~ of all amplified bands showed poly- morphic relationship. The UPGMA analysis result showed that the 14 elite clones could be classified into 4 groups when the genetic similarity coefficient value was 0.71. The results indicated that there was significant difference in genetic diversity in the seed orchard.
