Cytochemical Localization of Peroxidase in the Larval Guts of Dendroctonus armandi and Their Symbiotic Fungi

摘  要:通过石蜡和超薄切片对华山松大小蠹消化道和蓝变真菌Leptographium qinlingensis过氧化物酶的组织化学定位。结果表明:华山松大小蠹消化道内没有过氧化物酶,但在华山松韧皮部和木质部营养物质诱导下,幼虫消化道中肠和后肠分泌过氧化物酶。在被蓝变真菌侵染的不同阶段,华山松韧皮部和木质部组织内有强烈的过氧化物酶反应,且随被害阶段的发展过氧化物酶的反应逐渐增强。华山松大小蠹消化道和蓝变真菌分泌的过氧化物酶参与抵御寄主华山松生理生化抗性,蓝变真菌在克服寄主华山松树木抗性中起主要作用。Histochemical localization of peroxidase was carried out in the guts of larvae of Dendroctonus arrnandi, which is a most serious damaging species, and in the vector blue stain (Leptographium qinlingensis) fungus, which occurs in the health trees in Qinling Mountains in Northwestern China with paraffin sec- tioning and ultrathin sectioning methods. There was no peroxidase found in the larval gut of D. armandi. But peroxidase activities and contents of blue stained fungus in the phloem and xylem tissues of host trees (Pinus arrnandi) gradually increased while infecting some pathogens, indicating that the pine beetle and blue stain fungi secrete digestive peroxidase which involved in physiological and biochemical resistance against host pine, blue stain fungi played a major role in the resistance of host pine trees.
