刺槐枯落叶浸提液对种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨刺槐的连栽障碍问题,采用刺槐枯落叶中浸提出的物质对刺槐进行发芽和幼苗实验,研究枯落叶对刺槐的影响。结果表明:刺槐枯落叶浸提液处理对其种子萌发及幼苗生长都有不同程度的抑制作用,对刺槐的抑制强度为0.10 g.mL-1>0.02 g.mL-1>0.01 g.mL-1>0.005g.mL-1>CK;刺槐枯落物对刺槐发芽和幼苗可能具有自毒作用,从而导致植物组织生长缓慢,对养分的吸收能力降低,生长发育受阻,加速了幼苗的死亡。To understand the barriers resulted from successive planting, effects of litter extract of Robinia pseudoacacia on the germination and seedling growth of R. pseudoacacia were investigated. The results showed that the extracts with different concentrations exhibited varying degrees of inhibition on the seed germination and seedling growth. The inhibitory potency was in the order of 0.10 〉 0.02〉 0.01〉 0. 005 g · ml ^-1〉control. It was proposed that the inhibitions were from the self-allelopathy, resulting in slow growth of plant tissue, reduced nutrient absorption, retarded seedling, and accelerated death of seedlings.
