摘　　要：介绍了灰融聚流化床粉煤气化的技术特点、工艺流程以及煤气洗涤水的水质分析和工艺处理;分析了煤气洗涤水含尘量大且不易沉降的原因,提出了在煤气洗涤水原处理工艺上增加微涡流塔板澄清器的改进方案,总结了改进效果。Author has introduced both the technical features and process flow for pulverized coal gasification with fluidized bed of ash fusion agglomeration,and its water quality analysis and process treatment of coal gas washing water;has analyzed the reason why the ash content was big in the coal gas wash water and not easy to settle down,has proposed the improvement scheme in which the settle with micro-vortex tower tray was added in the original treatment process of coal gas wash water,has summarized the improvement effect.
