摘　　要：介绍了唐钢第二钢轧厂硬线钢生产工艺,通过采取提高钢水的Mn/Si、钢水钙处理、LF炉精炼结束后软吹氩搅拌等工艺技术措施有效地解决了浇注硬线钢时出现的水口结瘤问题,改善了钢水的可浇性,保证了钢水的正常浇注,并且得到了优质的铸坯。The production technology of hard wire steel was introduced in No.2 roll factory of Tangsteel.Through taking some measures such as increasing content of Mn/Si in molten steel,molten steel′s calcium-treament,low soft argon gas mixing after LF finishing refining,the clogging problem,which had serious troubles during casting hard wire steel,was solved successfully.The molten steel′s castability was improved,molten steel′s normal casting was ensured and the high quality casting billet was gotten.
