摘 要:以电镀镍和化学镀镍废液为镍源,通过镍活化和镀镍废液化学沉积镍工艺,在SiO2、硅藻土上制备了负载型镍-磷合金微粒。采用扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析、X-射线衍射等方法,分析了镀层表面形貌、成分、晶体结构;用循环伏安法和差热分析法对样品催化性能进行了研究。结果表明:镍活化可以在基体表面形成催化活性中心;两种镀镍废液经混合并添加有效成分后具备化学沉积镍的能力;SiO2、硅藻土负载镍-磷合金微粒后具有催化乙醇氧化和高氯酸铵热分解的性能。Ni-P alloy loaded particles were prepared on silica and diatomite surface through nickel ions activation and electroless plating process by using electroplating and electroless plating waste liqaor.The surface morphology,composition and crystal structure of Ni-P alloy were analyzed by scanning electron microscope,energy dispersion spectrometer and X-ray diffraction method.The catalytic properties of the particles were investigated by cyclic voltammetry and differential thermal analysis techniques.The results show that the active centers could be formed on the SiO2 and diatomite substrate by the activation of nickel ions,and the nickel plating waste liquor combining with electroless plating waste liquor and adding some effective components has the performance of electroless nickel plating.After Ni-P alloy loading,particles of SiO2 and diatomite could be used to catalytic oxidation of ethanol and thermal decomposition of ammonium perchlorate.
