摘 要:利用隔膜电解的方法对含铬废水的净化处理作了研究。结果表明:电解时工作电压为4.8V时,含铬废水中的Cr3+定向迁移至阴极(修饰电极)表面,在pH=8.0时转化为Cr(OH)3沉淀,经酸化处理制得Cr2(SO4)3产品;在阳极所得的回收水,用Ba(OH)2沉淀其中的SO42-,使水质净化后循环利用,使含铬废水达零排放。The purification of chromium-containing wastewater with diaphragm electrolysis was investigated.The results showed that Cr3+ ions in the chromium-containing wastewater migrated directly to the cathode(modified electrode) surface and then was converted to Cr(OH)3 precipitate under the operating voltage of 4.8V and pH value of 8.0.By acidulating Cr(OH)3 precipitate,Cr2(SO4)3 products was obtained.The content of SO42-ions in the purified water at the anode region was removed through reacting with Ba(OH)2 to pruduce BaSO4.The obtained purified water by above method could be recycled and reached to standard of zero discharge.
