摘　　要：目的 探讨＂以家庭为中心的护理＂对癫痫患儿生活质量的影响.方法 随机选取40例癫痫患儿,给予＂以家庭为中心的护理＂的健康教育,分别于干预前和干预后6个月测评患儿的生活质量.结果 干预后患儿的生活质量较干预前有明显的改善,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）.结论 ＂以家庭为中心的护理＂对癫痫患儿生活质量的提高有积极的促进作用.Objective To investigate the effect of family-centered care on the quality of life in children with epilepsy. Methods Family-centered care on health education was given to 40 cases with epilepsy randomly selected, whose quality of life was evaluated before and 6 months after the intervention, respectively. Results Children＇ s quality of life after the intervention improved more obviously than that before it（P 〈0. 01）. Conclusions Family centered care can positively promote the quality of life in children with epilepsy.
