摘　　要：在铸造4032的工艺过程中容易出现气孔，夹渣等缺陷，会直接导致产品的加工和使用性能降低，会造成极大的亏损。本文从初晶硅组织的残留及产生、合金的化学成分控制、共晶硅相的变质处理、抑制铸锭中气孔和夹杂缺陷解决措施及分析。In the process of 4032 casting prones to porosity,slag defects and so on,will directly lead to the reduction of production processing and using performance.causing great losses.This article from the primary silicon organization residue and produce, alloy of chemical composition control, eutectic silicon phase of modification, inhibit ingot casting defects in blowhole and inclusio silicon organizationns solutions and analysis.
