摘  要:2007年1月~2月在南黄海23个站位的调查结果表明,小型底栖生物的平均丰度为34.88个/cm2,平均生物量为38.58μg/cm2(干重)。小型底栖生物的丰度和生物量的水平分布趋势大体相似,即高的数量值主要分布在45m等深线附近的站位,基本呈现"近岸低、中部高、远海低"的分布特征。共鉴定出15个小型底栖生物类群,自由生活海洋线虫是数量占优势的类群,平均丰度为27.19个/cm2,占总丰度的77.6%;其他较为重要的类群是,底栖桡足类13.3%,多毛类2.6%,动吻类2.5%,双壳类1.2%,甲壳幼1.1%,介形类0.4%,其他合计1.3%。按生物量,优势类群依次为多毛类(占32.9%)、线虫(27.7%)和桡足类(22.1%)。垂直分布上,平均70.8%的小型底栖动物分布于沉积物的表层0~2cm,冬季在调查海域东部深水区,90%以上的小型底栖生物集中于表层。The benthic meiofauna was quantitatively investigated in the Southern Yellow Sea during the cruise by "Bei dou" in Jan and Feb,2007.The results showed that the meiofauna average abundance and biomass were 34.88 ind/cm2 and 38.58 μg dwt/cm2 respectively.The horizontal distribution patterns for abundance and biomass were generally the same,that is the high values occurred at stations along the of 45 m isobath.It appeared that the middle area is high,near-shore and outer low.A total of fifteen meiobenthic groups were recognized.Free-living marine nematode was the dominant group with a mean abundance of 27.19 ind/cm2 constituting 77.6% of the total,the second and many other important groups were benthic copepods(13.3%),polychaetes(2.6%),kinorhychs(2.5%),bivalvia(1.2%),nauplii(1.1%) ostracods(0.4%) and the others 1.3%.Based on the biomass,polychaetes(32.9%),nematodes(27.7%) and benthic copepods(22.1%) were the main groups.On average 70.8% of the meiobenthos distributed in the top 0~2 cm of the sediment and morn than 90% in the eastern deep sea area.
