北海沿海文蛤体有机氯农药和多氯联苯的残留水平及分布

摘　　要：对北海文蛤体持久性有机氯农药(HCHs和DDTs)和多氯联苯(PCBs)及其异构体的残留水平与分布进行分析研究。结果表明:北海文蛤已在不同程度上受到了HCHs、DDTs和PCBs的污染,但其含量均低于相关的国家标准值,符合食用安全要求;文蛤受PCBs的污染程度较高,特别是六氯联苯(PCB153)的富集,而受HCHs污染较小,污染程度顺序依次为PCBs>DDTs>HCHs;HCHs和DDTs主要来自内陆污染源,DDTs主要是以其降解产物p,p'-DDE形式存在,目前北海沿岸不存在新的DDTS输入。The residue leves and distribution of organochlorinated presticides（HCHs and DDTs） and PCBs and their isomers in Meretrix meretrix in Beihai coastal waters were studied.The results showed that Meretrix meretrix was polluted by HCHs,DDTs and PCBs at different levels.But their contents were lower than the national standard value,in line with food safety requirements.The Levels of PCBs pollution were higher,especially the six-chloro-biphenyl（PCB153）,but HCHs pollution were less.The degree of pollution is ＂PCBs DDTs HCHs＂.HCHs and DDTs was mainly from the inland sources.DDTs was mainly from its degradation product p,p＇-DDE form.At present,there was no new input of DDTS in Beihai coast.
