摘　　要：随着海洋开发和利用的不断深化,海洋环境问题日益恶化,成为影响国家安全的人类可持续发展的重要问题,海洋生态问题也引起了国内外学者的关注。学者们对海洋生态安全的由来、概念、特点、影响以及其体系的认识方面还存在诸多差异,辩明这种差异对于深刻把握海洋生态安全及其影响具有重要意义。本文从海洋生态安全的产生和发展出发,对海洋生态安全的内涵和海洋生态安全体系等相关内容进行梳理,试图认识和把握海洋生态安全研究的现状和发展脉络。Following the exploitation and use ocean deeply constantly,marine ecological issues become worsened day and day.It is an important problem to the national security and human sustainable development and also attracts more and more attention of the scholars of home and abroad.There are,however,some different views on marine ecological security＇s origin,concept,characteristics,effects and its systems among different scholars.It is important for us to distinguish from these points of view in order to understand marine ecological security＇s effect.Thus the thesis starts with the production and development of the marine ecological security,carding the relevant connotation and system of marine ecological security and tries to understand and grasp the research actuality and development skeleton of marine ecological security.
