摘 要:热化学碘硫循环分解水是目前得到广泛研究的、最有实现前景的核能制氢工艺之一。其中的Bunsen反应连接硫酸分解与氢碘酸分解反应,对碘硫循环实现闭合至关重要。许多研究者对Bunsen反应进行了研究,对其操作条件、产物分离特性、副反应及产物纯化等方面进行了探索,并提出了一些新方法。本文对Bunsen反应的研究进展进行了综述,比较了主要研究机构对Bunsen反应条件和产物分离特性的研究结果,对Bunsen副反应和产物纯化条件进行了概括,并总结了最佳操作条件。此外,对提出的与传统方法不同的Bunsen反应新方法进行了概述。这些结果可对碘硫循环中Bunsen反应的顺利实现并进而实现整体过程的连续稳定操作提供理论依据和参考。The iodine-sulfur(IS)thermochemical cycle is an extensively studied and prospective approach to nuclear hydrogen production.Among the three reactions of IS process,the Bunsen reaction,which connects the sulfuric acid and HI acid decomposition reactions,plays a key role in the closing of the cycle.Many researchers studied the Bunsen reaction,including operating conditions,products separation characteristics,side reactions and purification method,and new approaches were proposed.In this paper,the progress of the Bunsen reaction study is reviewed.The Bunsen reaction conditions and separation characteristics presented by various institutions are compared,the purification methods and results are summarized,and the optimal operating windows are recommended.In addition,the new approaches differing from conventional ones are introduced.These results may offer theoretical guide and basis for the smooth implementation of the Bunsen reaction,to achieve continuous and stable operation of the whole process.
