摘　　要：通过介绍软件成本的含义， 阐明了软件成本预测的意义， 进而分析了导致软件成本预测差异产生的原因，Through analyzing on software cost definition and stating significance of software cost estimation, the reason causing variance of software cost estimation is analyzed in this paper and associated improvement measures are concluded.
