摘 要:以硝酸盐为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法结合常压烧结制备出Ca1-xSrxMnO3陶瓷块体材料,研究了其物相、微观形貌以及Sr掺杂对其高温电学性能的影响。结果表明,制备出的块体材料为单一物相,为正交晶系钙钛矿结构,结构致密,Sr掺杂可以有效改变其电学性能,Sr取代Ca位的材料Seebeek系数变化不大但电阻率降低;当Sr的掺杂量为0.1时可获得最佳的电学性能,600℃时它的功率因子为24.03×10-5W/(m.K2)。Ca1-xSrxMnO3(x=0,0.05,0.1)ceramic samples were prepared by using the sol-gel method and sintering in air with nitrales as starting materials.The phase composition,microstructure and electric properties of Sr doped samples were investigated.The results showed that the Ca1-xSrxMnO3 ceramic samples was single phase and had condensed microstructure.Sr doped samples had better electric properties.The substitution of Sr for Ca had no significant effect on Seabeek coefficient but decreased its electrical resistivity,the highest power factor was 24.03×10-5 W/(m·K2)at 600℃ for the sample of Ca0.9Sr0.1MnO3.
