毛麻合股纱的设计与开发

摘　　要：将羊毛的弹性、光泽、保形性与麻的硬挺、粗犷、干爽等特点有机结合,在精梳毛纺设备上,采用亚麻纤维单纱与精梳毛纱合股开发生产轻薄型夏季凉爽织物。生产中,加大麻纤维的含量,毛条制造严格控制含油率、回潮率,确保条子光滑、均匀且有一定的紧度;毛条含油率一般控制在1.2%～1.5%,并需控制短毛率;纺纱、织造工序需要增加湿度,以保证生产的顺利进行。亚麻采用活性染料筒子纱染色,浸染时,需加元明粉或NaCl促染,染后依靠碱剂固着纤维。Combined with the characteristics of wool and flax,use worsted equipment production flax fibers and combed wool blended light thin summer cool fabric.Production,increase the content of the flax fibers.In wool top manufacturing,strict control over the oil rate and moisture regain,ensure smooth tops evenly and has certain tight degrees.Wool top oil rate 1.2%～1.5%,Must control undercoat rate content.In order to maintain the smooth production,the spinning and weaving need to increase the yarn humidity.The flax fibers by active dyes cheese dyeing,must add Na2SO4 or NaCl,after dyeing rely on Na2CO3 fixation fibers.
