菱形钢丝与三角形钢丝“不倒绒”起毛针布性能对比

摘　　要：从"不倒绒"拉毛加工对针布性能要求出发,介绍了"不倒绒"坯布的特点及其起毛原理,重点分析了钢丝截面形状差异对钢丝和针布性能的影响,并结合厂家实际应用情况验证设计思路。结果表明:菱形钢丝与三角形钢丝"不倒绒"针布相比,菱形钢丝"不倒绒"针布具有较高的锋利度和良好的弹性,起毛适用范围广,性能稳定,使用寿命长等特点。采用菱形钢丝"不倒绒"针布起毛后的织物,其顶破强力比三角形钢丝"不倒绒"针布起毛后的织物高。Basing on the wire clothing property to the ＂no-falling-fluff＂ raising processing,＂no-falling-fluff＂cloth and its raising theory were introduced.The effect on the wire and clothing property due to the wire cross section was analyzed especially,meanwhile,we verified the design ideas combined with piratical application of the textile factory.The results showed that：diamond wire ＂no-falling-fluff＂ clothing is of high sharpness,good edacity,wide raising application,stable performance,long service life,and etc after comparison between diamond steel wire and triangular steel wire of ＂no-falling-fluff＂ clothing.The bursting strength of the fabric raised by the diamond wire ＂no-falling-fluff＂clothing is higher than the fabric raised by the triangular steel wire of＂no-falling-fluff＂clothing.
