摘　　要：工作和家庭是人们生活中的重要领域,工作快乐和家庭幸福是每个社会成员追求的目标,也是和谐社会的重要标志和归宿。实现这一目标需要政府、组织以及个人的共同努力。协调好工作—家庭之间的关系对于组织活力以及家庭幸福都起着非常重要的作用,并且是引导人们面对挑战、实现工作—家庭平衡、促进社会和谐的关键所在。Work and family are two important parts of people＇ lives.The happiness in working and family well-beings are not only the goals pursued by every member in society,but also significant symbols and final outcomes for a harmonious society.Achieving this goal needs the cooperation with government,organizations and individuals.Balancing the relationship between work and family makes great contributions to organizational viability and family happiness,which has become the key for people to deal with challenges,to realize work-family balance and to promote social harmony.
