国外经验对江苏省水环境保护战略制定的启示

摘　　要：针对江苏省水环境保护存在的主要问题,围绕江苏省水环境保护战略的制定,从产业结构调整、总量控制、农业面源污染控制、污水处理设施建设、饮用水安全保障、有机毒物控制、经济政策等方面分析了国外发达国家水环境保护方面的先进经验,为江苏省水环境保护提供借鉴。Aiming at the main problems of water protection in Jiangsu province,from the industrial structure adjustment,total amount control,agricultural non-point source pollution control strategies and technologies,sewage treatment facilities,drinking water safety,organic poison control measures,to economic policies of foreign counties were briefly analyzed in this paper to provide a reference for the preparation of a new strategy on water environmental protection in our province.
