摘  要:分别采用X型、中温型和K型活性染料对丽赛纤维染色,并测定其上染百分率。结果显示,丽赛纤维对3种类型活性染料的上染百分率都随着时间的延长而增大,且碱剂的固色作用十分明显。相比于其它2种活性染料,丽赛纤维比较适合用中温型活性染料染色。通过分析中温型活性染料染色温度、时间、食盐和碱剂用量对染色效果的影响,得到优化的染色工艺为:染料2%(omf),食盐40 g/L,纯碱10 g/L,染色温度60℃,时间60 min。Three types (X-type, K-type and medium energy type) of reactive dyes are used to dyeing Richcel fiber respectively, and the dye-uptakes are tested. The results show that the dye-uptake of three kinds of reactive dyes are all increased with the time prolonged, and the fixation effect of alkali is obvious. Compared to other two kinds of reactive dyes, the medium energy type reactive dyes is more suitable for Richcel fiber dyeing. In addition, the effects of four factors on dyeing effects of the me- dium energy type reactive dyes are discussed, including dyeing temperature and time, dosage of salt and alkali. The optimal dyeing conditions are obtained: reactive dye 2% (omf), salt 40 g/L, sodium carbonate 10 g/L, dyeing at 60℃ for 60 min.
