摘　　要：Goller高乐连续平幅水洗机由进出布架、润湿膨化箱、真空抽吸、高效水洗箱、固色箱和中和槽等单元组成,该机具有低张力、耗能少和高效的特点。与传统拉缸(绳状染色机)水洗相比,Goller高乐连续平幅水洗机可节水84%,节约净洗剂26.4%,节约固色剂74.2%,各项性能均能达到工艺要求,水洗后布的色泽鲜艳度和白地洁白度均优于拉缸水洗。The Goller continuous open width washing machine is composed of several modules, such as oxidator, vacu-set, sintensa, universa, neutralization tank etc. The machine features low tension, less energy consumption and high efficiency. Washing process with this machine can save water 84%, detergent 26.4%, and fixing agent 74.2% compared with traditional washing with rope dyeing machine. The technology can meet the process requirements. The brilliance and whiteness of the fabric after washing are better than traditional washing.
