摘 要:分别采用3种方法(快速消解721分光光度法、HACH法和国标法)测定不同浓度模拟有机废水的COD值,并利用SPSS15.0统计软件对测试结果进行统计分析,检验了不同方法之间及不同方法测得的结果与理论值的显著性差异。结果表明,快速消解721分光光度法、HACH法和国标法相对误差分别是0.11%-0.65%、3.25%~5.75%和0.13%~1.94%;T检验表明,3种方法测得结果与理论值无显著差异,而3种方法分别配对T检验发现,HACH法与国标法具有显著性差异,而721法不论与HACH法还是国标法都无显著性差异。因此,对高浓度有机废水COD的测定,可利用721分光光度计替代COD测定仪DR1010应用于印染废水快速COD比色法测试。Three different methods (fast digestion 721 spectrophotometric method, HACH method and national standard method ) are used to determine chemical oxygen demand (COD) of artificial organic wastewater in different concentration. The test results are statistically analyzed with SPSS 15.0 software. The significant differences among the three methods and beteeen the results and the theoretical value are determined. The results show that the relative errors among fast digestion 721 spectrophotometric method, HACH method and national standard method are 0.11 % - 0.65 % ,3.25 % -5. ?5 % ,0.13% - 1.94% respectively. T-tests results show that all the results determined by the three methods have no significant differences with theo- retical value, whereas there is significant difference between HACH method and national standard method, while fast digestion 721 spectrophotometric method has no significant differences with the others. Therefore, the 721 spectrophotometer can be used in fast COD colorimetric test of high concentration dyeing wastewater instead of DR1010 analyzer.
