高等农业院校农民培训工作探析

摘　　要：高等农业院校在农民培训工作中发挥着重要作用。高等农业院校通过就地培训、依托农业科技园区、依托科技项目推广、与企业及政府部门联合、开辟特色网站等多种形式开展农民培训工作,成效显著。地方政府与高校共同谋划农民培训规划;建立新技术、新成果推广与农民培训相结合的主导培训形式;加强农民培训的分类指导研究工作是高等农业院校开展农民培训的发展方向。The agricultural universities play an important role in the training of peasant.Good results has been achieved in the training of peasant through training on the spot,agricultural science and technology park,agricultural science and technology projects,associated with enterprises and government,special network.It was the development trend in the training of peasant.For example the local government and the advanced university make training program in common together;universities build the leading training form through popularizing new technology and new research results and energize research about different guide in training.
