摘  要:领导者的学习能力是指通过系统学习相关的思想政治理论和专业知识,认知和认同党和政府的指导思想和执政理念,较为持久地提升自身的管理和服务水平的能力。这种学习能力主要包含四种基本要素,即系统思考能力、道德修养能力、自我反思能力和创新变革能力。领导者的学习能力可以通过三条途径进行培养,即尝试—错误型学习活动、替代型学习活动和问题指向型学习活动。Leader's learning ability is the ability that can lastingly promote their management and service level through learning the systemic ideological and political theory and professional knowledge, understanding the party and the government's guiding thought and administrative philosophy. The ability mainly includes four basic elements: the systemic thinking ability, the moral cultivating ability, the ability of self-examination, and the creative ability. Leader's learning ability can be trained by three ways: the trail-and-error learning, learning by observing other's behavior and question-orientation learning.
